hmmm..
i asked at one shop he says the same thing about no 2..
since i'm not actually literate about handphone and softwares, i don't quite get no 1..
hhehehehehe

if i install the v50 fw, can it be solved???

for no.1 .. lets say u went to a restaurant, and a wifi signal detected eg. Ali's Corner, to prevent spam / high bandwidth the shop owner encrypts his signal with credentials, so u need to ask for the credentials to be put into the phone to be able to use .. otherwise it remains as detected and u cant surf the net smile.gif

I believe there's no difference since Ovi Maps already released as a free version.

no .. mac address filtering is where u allow and disallow some clients on the network, credentials / logons dont filter .. but once u passed the WEP/WPA/WPA2 credentials, ure on the network nod.gif

It's me newbie again.

I just switch from SE w580i to 5800xm not long ago and find xm music player very user unfriendly compare to SE w series, for example hard to create playlist, cant use pc to group song files eg. Am I missing something?

If you want to connect to a secured WIFI, which is password protected, you have to get the password from the person who works in the shop which provides you the WIFI service.

i also have this same headset and the same prob. I though maybe that after upgrading to CFW or v50 disables the A2DP profile, but glad to hear that the prob is not my BT HS. for now my only solution is to use wired headphone. before this you use what version?
*
Before was just using the regular wired Nokia earphones with very old firmware. I updated to latest firmware before pairing the BT Headset, maybe earlier firmware were able to use, I'm not sure. Thinking of selling it off as still very new, quite useless if have to take out phone everytime wanna change track.
