Iphone4 scratch-resistant more likely, not scratch proof. Scratch it hard enough and it will still show.

QUOTE(tinkerbel @ Jun 8 2010, 04:56 PM) @dvlzplayground, What is "IS" and what "proper cover" are you talking about?Forget the IS - use the phone naked with a proper cover; that's sufficient protection. At least that's what I'd been doing with mine over the last 1 year And the rest of the peeps, stop spamming, please !!!!!! What's the definition of "Spam" in a thread like this? |

I'm put off about the shattering screen. It's a disapointment because that's the most common thing to happen to every phone. Every body drops their phone sometime or another.

I think option 2 would be great. Really shame if spend almost 3k just to have it shatter when dropped. Also I'm hoping some third-party manufacture some shock proof casing for this product. Wishful thinking!

I hope I can get it in August... what do you think the price will be in Malaysia then? how do you think it'll work on a normal Maxis Rm50/month plan?

What if I get a friend to buy it from Singapore then bring it back here? Will it be locked? Can i Unlock it myself?
Also which is cheaper? Buying the iphone standalone? or going with Maxis package? I'm currently using Rm50/mnth Maxis plan. |

Never mind the microsim, next time go to Maxis just ask the customer service whether can change FOC. Simple. Today pass by Maxis 1-Utama but forgot to ask... wasted.
OK. So if anyone is in Singapore can bring down here and use like normal. Only issue is that got Warranty problem. I don't think it's worth getting this without warranty. I'll wait a couple of months for it to be launched in Malaysia. |
