ad income is a big gold mine. ppl do the ads, pays apple to advertise it. apple put them on iphone, pays developer 60% and they get 40%. its a good deal to be middle man and earn almost half of the income

Actually i am quite tempted to get iPhone 4 on O2 to play with.

However I am quite satisfied with my 3GS altho iPhone 4 is much better.

You can unlock the iPhone from O2 officially by paying the unlock fee.

Am really considering the upgrade buy hard to judge it financially

yeah iphone 4 in UK will be unlocked!

maybe i should consider bringing it in from UK since i am going back early July

you can just buy the phone without contract and use it with existing contract since its unlocked

the store is down even in UK also cant access it lol. i juz got an error page

Japan set locked and there is no software to unlock it YET (well, it is not even out yet in the 1st place )

Well, same procedure here in UK altho i never sent my iPhone for repair but I once sent my Mac for repair and they quoted me 3 weeks just to replace a DVD drive. I need my mac for daily usage and for me to live 3 weeks without it is like no way. so i ended up buying a dvd cleaner and clean up the dust and its working fine again.

They wont replace you with a new one or refund unless its within 14 days of purchase (standard UK policy). After that you will need to send to diagnose and the procedure follows.

iphone 3GS was 449pounds for PAYG (prepaid) when launched in UK and it is locked. Need to pay 20 pounds to unlock it IINM.

iPhone rarely drop price unless new model comes out.


The only browsers available in iPhone is Safari and Opera.

iphone 4 in UK can be purchased as fully unlocked.
