woot finally the update successful after 3rd attempts..trying to restore my last backup now..
btw i also saw many users getting stuck on the itunes screen

im not sure as i not using iphone 3gs but based on nokia's screenshot(1st picture), it located at bottom left in the iPod app

btw u can get latest updates/features that found in iOS4
