depends the build of the phone. The best camera phone in nokia is N82, N95, n86 and the upcoming Nokia N8

i saw samsung e1080. with color sumore. any model better than tat?

3. Spec = Have 12MP camera, xenon flash, HD video record, GPS (android would be an advantages)

Sound like Nokia N8 is an ideal choice if u like amazing camera output

ya.. that already in my mine.. however, if the n8 is above than rm1800, i need to find other phone that have spec like that..

Depends on your needs if you want the best camera phone in smartphone class atm only N8 fill that category. If u wan better OS many android can fill your needs.
