Ok, good news... I think... Just found another 2 RCS hiding in the driftwood when I was cleaning the tank just now. Now total RCS surviver is 4. Hehe...

Just added cuttlefish bone which I have immerse in water for 1 week, cause I picked it up from the beach here. tongue.gif
Hope it'll solve the problem of the dying RCS...

Kuala Trengganu LFS not into aquascaping, they'll sell the plants but they won't have the soil nor the fertilizer for you to plant them... tongue.gif

I'm in the KT town area lo, near the round about with the huge batu bersurat... or near the football stadium. Where are you now?
I never saw the LFS here sell bio ring, I took mine up from KL one, bought the cheap ceramic ones from sunway pyramid. The high tech clay one very expensive... My pocket not that deep, save money for soil and canister filter. Hehe... tongue.gif

Very near the beach, but no time go beach. Need to study study and study. Went beach 3 - 4 times only since I came here a year ago.

Update for my shrimps, I think its the fish attacking them after they mold, no shell easier to eat. Cause yesterday counted 4 RCS, one molded, then today morning counted 3 RCS only one missing, no bodies... cry.gif

Go to this one, this guy put his canister filter inside a Styrofoam box and puts ice in it and was able to get 26 - 27 celcius.

But you need to top up ice everyday la. tongue.gif

For chillers, I think its the price thats scaring people away not the power comsumption sweat.gif . If cannot afford, just use fan la...

Lily pipe is an outlet tube for a canister fillter, but instead of the standard green plastic, this one is made of glass and so looks more pleasing brows.gif , correct me if I'm wrong. But its also very expensive. tongue.gif

For shrimps in Klang, I don't think you'll find any LFS there that sells shrimps. I searched there once but gave up and just went to the ones in Cheras and midvalley. sweat.gif

I confirm with him already, it was him alright... thumbup.gif

But this year's CNY weather made him get a chiller, they were dying away due to the increase in temperature.

Hey, I'm thinking of getting a canister filter for my 2x 1x 1.5ft tank around 90 litres, how much flow rate is recommended??? Will taiyo cf1200 be too much for it???

Keeping 2 sterbai cory and RCS only...

Go to SS19 NA la they have it.

its very good deal, i got mine almost 300.

199 is VERY good price. and they have the quick release.

Was doing some research just now, some say 2213 not powerful enough for a 2 ft medium dense planted aquarium... cry.gif

Can anyone share their experience with a 2213 on a 2ft planted??? Is it enough??? icon_question.gif icon_question.gif icon_question.gif

I live in Klang and I go all the way to Cheras, KL and Midvalley to get the equipments and some of the fishes. sad.gif
If you want MIC canister filter then can find in Klang, if you want eheim there is the pet family in Bukit tinggi but they only sell the pro series but if looking for spare parts for eheim can find there.
If you want plants you must get it outside Klang, I've been searching around and never had any luck here.
If you want neons, cardinals or rummy nose tetra can get in the shop in Klang town which is behind the furniture shop, they sell Co2 regulator and solenoid too. But I don't know the exact address la. blush.gif

If you have any luck finding better LFS then me do share share ok.... tongue.gif
