@TS:

as pointed out earlier, you should replace ur protein with other stuffs with protein like eggs, dead animal meat. Train hard and fix ur nutrition

Depends on how discipline and rich u r, result may vary, it takes different time to reach that Rain body. My guess, 9 months .
