i think its not coz his diet alone.
maybe it could be ur routine sucks. thats why not much growth. by the way, ur starting growth is just beginners gain. so wat u see is actually just a lie. this gets tougher as time goes by coz by then, its harder to pack on muscles compared to beginners gain. =.= |
