Just wanted to share experience with City Gate Grill..

Initially things are good but once after installed, the touch up and follow up work sux... Things like chip off paint, cleaning after drilling and touch up at joints and silicon all are not done professionally..

Regret clearing up their payment...

Tips: Ensure contractor 100% complete the job before releasing 100%. All promises are xxxx

Ya, apparently they offer a lot of products, so most of the time they leave it to sales person to deal initially, installation different batch, after that touch up works is depending on the Sales person d....no support from the installation team liao...

I've got a quote from my contractor for 3mm flat bar with m.s steel frame. For Semi-D link house about 9.5k. Is it reasonable ?

[attachmentid=6266557]

any advice on how to reduce the price ? maybe you guys can suggest on the materials ? Thank you.

As I noe, ppl normally quote the charges based on sqf, and differentiated it between door n window (and by openings).... BTW, are you sure they're using 3mm? maybe get those less thick or find new quote?

How much does it cost to do a staircase? Any contact?

Thinking of doing a staircase to another floor. About 10-11 feet in height between storey.
