he applied in feb nope,he did a lvl.

is there MARA provide any loan or scholarship to study abroad?

It's under SPC program. MARA didnt open application last year but prolly will open next year.

They didn't specify the that though but if u do not get a phone call(usually) before 4 June, consider it is unsuccessful. A few weeks left so...chill out k
