Thanks for the pix. My guess is that knob is for the tweeter attenuation/volume control? Your "see..see" tweeter, is it from one side or both? I don't think it's the internal wiring problem.. chances are it's from the tweeter itself. I honestly do not have any experience with this speakers.. Any user can help? I am also looking for a 'good' second hand ProAc.. budget CD players I saw a few good ones being advertise on the TheStar's Audiophile audiomart, Take a look.. Or you can always pop in at Cash Converters, sometimes they have good seconds at bargain prices.. I hope I was helpful.. sure wish I can have a listen at your speakers and see whats wrong with it... may be high time for that ProAc, yes?  |

the problem is 1 side for now.... will bring to a shop in SS2 see if the uncle can help me to fit it back. may be can save some $$ for a CD-Player.
As for TheStar's Audiophile audiomart list seem not that long.....

If one side,chances are the tweeter is a gonner..  Good luck to the SS2 shop. Please revert if not satis.. BTW, the CDP,u wanna buy new?
