umm...okaaaay...if I test them out at Music By Design, do they have an already burned-in phones or can i only try out the news ones? sad.gif

in that case I still won't know its full potential when testing...

add : and can someone tell me where I can test out the HP895, I've tried 'BEST' at KLCC and their models are all boxed and 'chained' to one another. XD

Davis selling SHP895 for RM170 darn tempting man >_<

Not worry, they hav burn-ined one, just test them with ur portable device e.g. ipod, etc or laptop for gaming...as SR60 is designed to be used together with them...
In fact, amp will make every headphone nicer... tongue.gif

if you find the sr60 to be light on bass, and not quite detail, do the coin mod (cut a hole on the pads). That'd benefit the sr60

definitely not your ears, low z phones need high current amp, tube aint the best choice. the sr60 definitely has the weakest bass of all the grados. i believe it's even weaker than the 555

oh my gwad, how can you guys say the bass is 'weak'!? The bass is certainly enough to give the thumping feel of trance music, like Dj. Tiesto's Flight 643!

No I didn't see any 325i demo there, only SR60

Tried once in AV fair in music by design, but not amped and straight from marantz 5400 headphone jack.Still not yet burn in the guy said at that time.
