Start with breastsroke (frog =_=), freestyle, backstroke then only butterfly. Gonna have a lot of upper strength to do it. Can eventually have a V-shaped upperbody.... not easy at all.

i only know sinking style. i am more expert in term of diving. but i will float after 3days.
