Gonna be off topic for a while, pardon me. Hello, my name is fruitie. I love those things mentioned in my siggy, DSLR, portable consoles, gadgets and etc. However, people always generalise these interests are only meant for guys. I'm a female but always mistaken as a guy and hence people always call me "bro" which I hated it a lot. So I created this siggy to create awareness and minimise such gender confusion again. Plus, I put the copyright because there was someone who copied my siggy without my consent.
Hope this clarifies.
K, back to topic.
i was just playing... bro.. hahah..
anyway back to topic....
the battery life is always a cause for concern.. even iphone faces the same fate.... i guess they really need to get some nano tech power to ensure better longevity of usefulness... hehee... till then 1 spare batt is always a must when travelling or in car charge..
For those that want extra power, AND don't mind the size and uglyness of the phone... can check out below... MUGEN power battery Extended (2400mah).
i think you will face 1 problem... the microSD might not be viewable in your phone... try it yourself... remove your back cover and see ur microSD card disappear. replace back its there.. so with this cover i dont think ur microSD card will be usable...
That is unlikely. There's probably just a sensor in one of the clips that detects if the cover is on or not. Its unlikely a company would design a cover that would make the microSD disappear, no one would buy their product
Its a figure of speech la... what I am trying is what you have just explain... so which means using that alternate big cover is a no no...
me using batt widget so can see percentage. it is accurate so i use it to see when to stop using and off all unnecessay stuff til i find a place to charge my phone.
oc seems very temptin to at least improve performance as long it doesnt damage the phone much.... hehe
You can restore the firmware information using the below command: apt-get install --reinstall mp-fremantle-generic-pr
followed by a reboot.
It might also be mp-fremantle-003-pr or something else depending on your firmware variant
To Check, use: dpkg -l |grep mp-fremantle Using that too, but something it will stop responding. Try to set the interval update lesser for better battery life.
Alternatively, you can also use the "Desktop Command Execution Widget" which consume less resources as it's only text. It can show you the percentage as well as the mah. This widget is very powerful because as long as you know Linux commands, you can pretty much execute those commands.
There's already some build in command in the widget itself, and the widget is also can be customize. Nice widget.
jus for the fun... oc till 800 and find the diff... if dun like reboot the phone to go back to stock since the app in the repository have option to make it perma or not... hehe
i dun like my browser keep rerender each time i switch to it....

it does make a diff when u need to take few quick shots especially when the first one not so clear or settings not right.... so the faster it process the faster u get to take the next pic...
