Are you using Maxis Broadband or just normal 3G Connection with phone as modem? Maybe is Incorrect User Name, Password or Access Point Name (APN).

maxis broadband...the network indicator thingy says connected to maxis but no internet access...suddenly...

now using streamyx...potong soon...

mini210 has been subsequently replaced wid mini110 almost a year

damn~ no wonder

but isnt the 210 is higher in spec than 110?

Updates.

My keyboard is faulty apparently after booting using Linux. My mute, and wifi key cannot work without pressing it hard. Rest of the keyboard, cannot work if I do not depress 1 additional button aside backspace and space, which works perfectly. And center F-J buttons and around it not working totally.

1 week wait for repair. Had to be shipped to KL. Sent on Monday afternoon. Wonder when I can get it back.

WhitE LighteR > It has higher spec, but 110 has been upgraded slightly after 210 was release. 210 was a direct replacement to 110.

dear all, i have a 210-1073tu,
i got it from a previous owner and it was formatted to xp, and i want to have windows 7 starter back.
I search around the drive and couldn't find an image for recovery on the netbook. I called hp, and they confirm that the only to do it is to reimage the netbook.
I asked them if i reimage it from another same model would it work and would my windows 7 starter be genuine. He said yes since it is an OEM license.
So now, i am wondering any of you peeps here can share an image with me, could you pm me so i can send you my email

lucky i made a recovery disc on the first day i got my mini210. btw the mini210 first launch was back in feb/mar2010...

Just got my netbook back. Replaced with a new keyboard and it has 3 months warranty. Isn't is supposed to be 2 year warranty (to current date, I have 1 year 6 months plus left.)

Owh well. New keyboard. Mmmmm~~~~

I own a 1033tu. Been using this as a reading and surfing companion to my dinosaur desktop.

Who here has recovery disc or maybe an image of their hp210 wiith windows starter 7 care to share, previous owner formatted it to windows xp and no recovery partition

Mine wipe and gone.

PS: You can install an OEM version of your windows 7 starter then use the key which came with your netbook (its underneath the bottom cover. Look for a video on how to open it)
