QUOTE(paultantk @ Mar 28 2010, 08:56 AM) I have two questions It took 5 hours to set up my unifi last time...my neighbor even worst...8 hours....i think you will be expecting 3-6 hours of installation....dont expect they will do it in 1 hour..streamyx can la even less.... 1. Has anyone who was not in the beta testing period but under coverage now applied for UniFi? How's the installation process, how long it takes, how much you paid, how long before you applied and they come install? Was it a smooth process? |

the best solution for them is to cut the price half and maintain the cap...
if overlimit just pay more instead of reducing the speed rate... |

QUOTE(metalfreak @ Mar 29 2010, 02:23 PM) Actually i was wondering based on what the technician told me during the installation, the fiber is safer than the copper line...im not sure how safe it is but i dont 100% trust that tm guy...must be expensive to replace the fiber n router n cordless phone...with this new broadband, is it safe from lightning? I mean for me, typically when i'm not home or not using it, I would unplug my phoneline with the rest of my wall plugs |
