No difference with US, just the Box would say ASI. ASI is still US region also.

I WANT TO GET STREET PASS ITEM! hey want to have a "gathering" in weekend, we all bring the 3DS walk around some shopping mall see how many we get. someday perhaps? Suggested area: time square, tropicana city, KLCC...?

How does StreetPass Mode works? Does the game cartridge have to be in 3DS and in inactive mode (game launched and at home screen)? Or the system have a record of wha we played before and start sharing among other 3DS?
