Just want to confirm, but from what I've read so far, the 3DS is region locked, there's a video showing a US 3DS not even reading a Jap 3DS game. is this correct?

Not much difference to me, if I get it, it would almost be exclusively for SSF4 lol. Some may be caught unaware however, buying 3DS from one place, then games from another etc.

I pre-ordered 1 unit of 3DS from Singapore but i changed my mind so i will let one person take my spot. 1 year warranty from Maxsoft (vs 3months warranty in Malaysia). I will handle the warranty if required but you have to bear the shipping and return. I will return to JB around 7th April and ship it using PosLaju, so if anybody want it, i will sell it at RM1000 + RM120 for each game of your choice. For those who want it immediately, i can mail it all the way from Singapore using Speedpost (probably take 2-3 working days to arrive) but you will have to bear the extra postage.
You can buy the console only without the game too.
