Kotaku has made a mock up based on sketches and details he has released.
here it is:

It shares the same clamshell design as the DSlite, and is around the same thickness, but is slightly longer. The Top screen is the 3D on, and the blogger says "the effect of the [3D] screen is amazing". The Bottom one is the exact same Touchscreen as in the DSlite with no changes.
It is Backwards Compatible with all DS and DSi games.
The Two black circles above the D-Pad are Cameras, and may be able to track the players head movements. They may also be used to capture 3D images and/or video. No word if it has another forward facing camera on the top shell (but given that DSi games are BC, it's a given).
It also seems to support MP3 playback along with AAC. It will have it's own proprietary storage format who's slot will accept the Flash Cards DS(i) games are on. It will have a tilt sensor and/or accelerometer, as previously stated by Nintendo.
The system also boast's pretty hearty hardware (no doubt needed for the 3D), said to be on par with the 360 and PS3 (thought a more conservative estimate puts it on par with the Wii).
It is also said to have better Wi-Fi and battery life than the DSi.
