I tested out (for fun) a Samsung 3D LED HDTV the other day, and I must say.. I was thoroughly impressed by it. The 3D effect was sharp and crystal clear rclxms.gif

Tested before and it seems pretty good =D. But how well the implementation is very dependant on the video source. If the 3D studios do it well, it'll be very very good +D

I agree that only few movies will have the 3D effect. Then there's no point of getting one so soon unless you want to impress your friends. And I don't quite like the concept of having a 3D TV. If you're watching it with a family of five, you'll just need to get 5 3D glass. Imagine you're having an open house. I don't think everyone will be able to enjoy the 3D effect unless you buy those glasses in huge number. Just my humble 2 cent.
