You're complaining? I get like 4-6 hours of sleep a day and I can still hit PRs. And it's up to your body whether night or day.

The best time to work out is the time that consistently fits into your schedule and enhances your day instead of disrupting it. There is no physiological benefit to working out at a particular time of day, so choose a time that you know you can stick with.

You sure can! (I get 3-4 hours of sleep a night because I have pretty bad insomnia.) I can work out pretty much any time of the day, but a shot of espresso or something about an hour before I actually hit the gym seems to help.

Air-cond + ionizer can help. |

i wanna to bulk up. actually i was even more skinny last time. i gain quite a lot of weight after started to work few months. i want to have very good body so that wear shirt will look good.
If i just do one exercise for my biceps then one for triceps for one day's workout, will it be too little? i saw this post http://forum.lowyat.net/topic/371250, the Max-OT Sets seems to comply with one of my friends words. is this something workable? because there're just too many people saying too many things, i just get very confused.. some ask me do whole body , some say few muscles group , some say 5 to 6 like that.. i seriously want to workout , can anyone help me? besides , i feel like bulking up my shoulder, biceps, triceps, and chest first, will it be weird cause i don't work out for abs all that? |

QUOTE(angrydog @ Mar 23 2010, 02:53 PM) Nah, the insomnia occurs whether or not I've had any coffee or any other stimulants during the day (so I might as well have my cuppa). I don't take any coffee or stimulants and I have insomnia very often too. I notice that the higher my intensity is (% of 1RM I use), the more severe my insomnia becomes.I've been told to take magnesium supplements, but haven't tried it yet. Have you? Apparently it helps A LOT |

If you're able to go to the gym 5 times a week, you can try work on parts by parts. If you're only able to go for 3 times a week, go for whole body. Whole body for beginners, like me, I'm doing Starting Strength. |
