i seriously want to workout , can anyone help me? besides , i feel like bulking up my shoulder, biceps, triceps, and chest first, will it be weird cause i don't work out for abs all that?
If you're able to go to the gym 5 times a week, you can try work on parts by parts. If you're only able to go for 3 times a week, go for whole body.
