IMO, to complain is definitely right ,  but have to hope the 'voice' goes into the right side of ears & doesnt come out from the other side.

In the other hand, to boycott the brand is not totally wrong too.. Let's look at this the other way,boys..   i rmb the time when ppl didnt even wanna mention Philips for a certain period & how Philips grew through the times with its' Pixel Plus. It may not be the best LCD ( to each his own) , but honestly, i was awed by the Pixel Plus good PQ & audio at that time.     It seems to me like most brands are growing, except Panny .. Maybe too snobbish to improve because of its' consistent market share, perhaps?   The price is dropping though , but sadly , the quality is dropping as well..
