is it possible to trade in the original 640gb hdd and replace it with seagate momentus xt? if yes what's the rough estimates of the price?

better you keep the original harddisk and buy a new harddisk and replace it.you will still need the original harddisk when you deal with warranty

Good offer or not, it depends on whether those Toshiba laptops support graphic switching onot... if not then 4820TG is still the best

its also design preference, some people might like the toshiba better then the acer. So at least they have a choice

I like Toshiba's quality, but recently I'm a bit phobic of Toshiba's glossy designs
But blue color seemed real nice

i know 4820tg is good just that if i wan to do it with 3 years warranty then it will cost me around 2.8k

1) Asus A42jc - RM2499 - 2 years warranty
2) Acer 4785G - 5464G50 - RM2299 3 years local warranty...

like that arh... then the Acer 4785G...

The keyboard for the F60 = L635, 645, 655, T130, L510, X500, X505 etc. etc. haha

honestly, the i5 processor with boostable really useful compare with i3 which cant boost?
the boost speed really significant?

It got better GPU than those two, and after upgrade to 3 years onsite warranty, total at RM2519....

Noticeable or not, back to your usage..
If just browsing and such, i3 or even P6x00 is enough....

for example i5-460M-2.53GHz (Turbo up to 2.8), the speed really can boost up to 2.8? without any manual settings?
