Based on google search the RAM is correctly 1066Mhz.

Since the 4741G supports only 1066Mhz, both RAMs should be allright. Right?

hi, just wanto ask, for Asus A42Jv, i5 460M + Nvidia GT335M, the graphic card has any issues for now? will it generate more heat and will overheat?
coz some people said that Nvidia in laptop is not so good compare to ATI...

Nope, it won't overheat and by all means, all GPU generates HEAT ..an exceptions for Integrated as they don't heated much ...

As for GT335M, should be n problem..well, you might need to learn a bit about Optimus ...

Is currently Optimus stable? No problem with games right?

Stable enough, got some problem with some games but still with a little bit of googling, should fixed the problem ...well, before got GT335M complains but now no more as the updated driver seems to be ok

afaik this is probably still one of the best laptop performance/RM. not discrediting acer, but the build quality is just on the different level. apart from the Optimus issue, there's nothing major to complaint about. so many purchases and yet so little, if any recall. at least thats' the case on this forum

theres plentyful. it just the same case as s42 at the end of this year Q1. its bang for buck, good deal, yet benQ discontinue it because it will not bring that much income anymore. now yes. but its best to discontinue now rather then when new technology comes in, theres stock left in the market. its a normal cycle in this market. new tech is coming. even if its from asus itself. chill and wait for later tech, nothing is good forever.
