better than listing price but with normal brokerage about the same only
CMMT supporters why suddenly no noise like last week?

It is slightly lower than yoy distribution but better on qoq though results is so much better. Profits diluted to more shareholders?

Nestle house empty for quite a while due to tenants moving out and renovation, quottro.

Yet EPS has jump to 7.12 from 4.90 and we still get lesser divvy. So previous private placement has diluted our profits! No...

Nowaday, EPS could include many things like the higher revaluation of shares and properties that you do not see the actual inflow of Cash.

So over distributions of dividends ( if any from these assets ) could pose a big risk. There is no guarantee that these assets would go up higher and higher during the recessions.

The 4 cents is comprised of 3.95 cents (realised earning) + 0.05 (non-taxable) from capital allowance utilised.
