Not mean to recommend, but Qcapital half year distribution will be coming after this month, around 3.5-3.8 cents is expected.

Axreit also about 8%, but current at Rm2.00 is about fully value.

These are 2 my favourite at the moment.

Capitalreit also look interesting.

How often is capitalmall payout? Quarterly, Semi annually or Annually?

See how prior today, equities market seem rosy across, and people bullish about market, market seems rock solid, but then today suddenly with bleeding day across, all sort of bearish comment coming out.
Even lot of comment saying 10 years US tresuries now below 3%, bearish for market etc.
But 10 years T-bill already below 3% before or week before.

Wow....quarterly dividend used to pay loan? How much you actually invested in REITs? You'll need like about 100K at least in REits to pay it man

I would say it is bad because most other REITS giving about 8%. To get 6% DY, might as well buy stocks.

Could most likely sell on news. Meaning stock coming down because people already expect that. If you are thinking the profit for SUXXXX increase 500%, then you are dead wrong. Common sense will tell you that if rev < profit, it means revaluation of the property. Anyway, you can hope it will fly like 500%, but I really doubt it.
