i see alot of review and comparison, that the onboard sound is actually already quite up to standard compare to dedicated sound card. Although having sound card will boost you FPS since it wont use you CPU resource like onboard sound card does.

join a server that is no people inside, normally MBT in the morning and afternoon is quite empty, and you can most probably get a chopper map.

they nerf the chopper already, gunner got cooldown time, and the machine gun only can shot burst

the chopper movement also became stiffer, not like bf2 where i can do a barrel roll and side strafe easily.

im guesing u love run around, hopping n shooting n youve nvr experienced real teamwork b4....n of course....u r definitely new to the bf series

First ever mid-air hover of the F35B yesterday. Darn, sure brings back memories from BF2 man.

even if auto balance comes, there are still ways around it like in bf2.
the best way is to always have an active admin so can !kick
but bugs? i havent really encountered much, just make sure ur system is configured properly should be ok.

but jets, if they do appear it'll probably be in an expansion pack...
and i just wish dice wouldnt make them fly like a damn lorry with wings, which is basically what the heli feels like.

Added on March 19, 2010, 7:45 amactually the apache can do barrel rolls in real life, just that the pilots would get killed by their superiors if they did it which is why u dont see it often, unless they really really wanna do it for airshows.

what router are you using? you disconnect from the server after a few minutes of connecting? I used to have the same problem as you do. It turns out that EA's login server has some problems with some routers. I changed my ADSL modem configuration to bridge mode ever since then I've never face that problem anymore.

you can try SALUZI (thai server) or Fragnatics (singapore). If you want local, pick MBTCENTRAL.NET

Technically though all 3 of this servers are located in Singapore; hosted by Fragnetics, rented by 3rd party organisation or groups.

i see. thanks for the heads up. but somehow, mbtcentral server got lots of problem recently. don't know why.

for the Imba team thingy, I tot Fragnetics have imposed rules that if too much Imba, random ppl will be kicked ?

Just wanna clarify something:

What damages / destroy the M-coms?

1. Destruction 2.0
2. Arming the M-coms

Other than the above mentioned does:-

>Grenades,
>Nubtubes
>Rocket launchers
>C4s
>Damage from vehicles
>UAV missiles
>Mortars

do any damage to M-Coms?

C4 does damage the M-COM but u'd need around 14-15 C4s.

C4, mortar and UAV come second, while destruction 2.0 and arming is still the best

but why they want to name it as destruction 2.0?

is the server down now?

The autobalance is currently not working even though it's on thx to DICE. If I'm not mistaken, kicking random ppl in d unbalanced team in Fragnetics is done by the admin. Our server currently do not have that in place.

Coz in Bad Company 1 u can't totally destroy the building until it collapsed. U can only destroy the walls, there's no Destruction 1.0 kills. So this time they call it Destruction 2.0 instead.

to be honest, i really like the destruction... flush out campers, levelling all the town, it's all about war...

you guys disable the in-game voip? everytime I wanna communicate through mic no reply at all...

i got on voip and i dont see people communicate also, or i didnt hear them talking due to the environment in game?

anything that can deal damage to a person technically can damage the crate. although it would take a helluva long time to destroy a crate using an assault rifle.

with extra explosives specialization, u can take down a crate with 11 C4s.

i've already got it for heavy vehicles. 3 of my weapons closest to achieve platinum are M60, UMP and RPG7.

I dont think anyone would use an assault rifle to destroy the Mcom station..hehehe. unless its the BC1 we're talking about..few good hits from a tank main gun can destroy em'.

Wah U already got it for your vehicles?..come to think of it you're already lvl 30..
I still need 4 gold stars for my heavy vehicles = hundreds of kills left..

what can i say? i'm a tank whore. dont leave them around when i'm in the game . i use it with the alternate fire. it's a beast.

i've got 3 dogtags from the same person. that's the most.

how the hell you guys rank up so fast?

know the term hardcore gaming? they probably play every single day for many hours in one straight session. I normally plays when i have nothing to do.

MBT only plays RUSH mode is it?

Most knife kills on a single person? 15 for me.

spending a lot of time on it is one way.

but the other way is to stick with people who suites ur play style. i'm not on PC btw. i'm on the PS3. the connection's way better although we dont get a server browser and play with only 24 people instead of 32 like the PC. but sticking with ur friends does make a difference. teamwork is crucial in this game. and the only time i lose is when teamwork failed or we were just up against a better opponent.

remember, u'll rank up faster if u're NOT a recon camping all the way at the back trying to improve ur K/D ratio .

On the voice chat thing, do you chat with your entire team or is it only with your squad? Or is there different key bindings for both those functions?

BTW Juzjoe guess what? My Imperator suddenly decided to work properly again. So now I got two mouse. I'm not sure why its working normally again. I just uninstalled the driver and installed a new mouse. Plugged it in yesterday and lo and behold its working fine.

sucks man... everytime when I wanna warn ppl bout "UAV!" "could we have some more ppl on A?" "Please la ppl dont la everyone go try disarm the M-com Free kills for the attackers." "wei, there is a ninja recon trying to arm the M-com!"

All this warnings could turn the tide of the battle if they would only communicate.

i can understand mandarin and cantonese, but sometime china people speak mandarin, too fast until no one know what they saying, some more with low quality mic and noisy background

so far never join HK and TW server, maybe i cant get good ping for their server, the lowest ping i can get is sydney server beside MBT and fragnetics.
