not really, some technology is getting more n more standard so its cheaperduring D2 series era its noise control was best n costs a bomb
but now D90 have noise control on par or better than D2 series

hmm, not sure wat to say
JPEG has less details than RAW, but shudn cause it to soften by a big margin maybe as the review say, its the compression rate of D90 so far im happy at the sharpness of my D5000 JPEGs, dunno same with D90 JPEGs or not maybe its up to ppl's liking |

but got MP improvement is better than ntg, after all, nobody wanna stuck at 12MP for the nxt few generations of D90 successors, rite?
Live view AF is jz like when using viewfinder, jz half press shutter button but current AF seriously slow, n not accurate, most of the time hard to get AF lock y i say 2nd cam cos my mom complaining i booked D5000 for myself, she no cam use so want try this chance persuade her get D90 for herself then it will be officially my '2nd' body This post has been edited by General_Nic: Apr 14 2010, 11:23 PM |

coz Sony live view doesnt use the real sensor itself
it uses a 2ndary smaller sensor with lower resolution but faster refresh rate than the primary sensor |

QUOTE(pinchboyz @ Apr 15 2010, 09:00 AM) sum lenses the hood so long that it block the zoom barrel grip, cant turn at all QUOTE(celciuz @ Apr 15 2010, 09:53 AM) Much slower or most probably no unable lock at the worst case. wow, that is seriously way off calibration Yes, was referring to that one. My friend's unit had severe front focus. shoot at 50mm f/2.8 and pretty obvious one. Had to adjust with the D300s' AF calibration +20 only fixed it aish. QUOTE(budaq_ekz @ Apr 15 2010, 10:02 AM) i see... tak pernah perasan pasal tu.. becoz always use sb600 n bounce ke atas... will test tomorrow.. u mean u off the AF assist light on your D90?if u using SB600, then the body's AF light is not in used, cos the more efficient AF light on SB600 is used |

Do you have some sort of like DIY rice "pouch" in your camera bag? or you guys buy those silica gel like thingy? quite a number ppl do use silica gel, it's quite effective but u nid always replace or dry out the silica gel after some timen the absorption rate is inconsistent, no guarantee is safe can use Thirsty Hippo oso, but may risk drying up your equipment too much n the rubber will crack QUOTE(C_Sagi @ Apr 15 2010, 01:57 PM) Hmm guys...is it a good deal for a Nikkor 50mm AF F/1.8 for RM330 ? well, i know ppl manage to get new at rm330 at MelakaP/S: Never buy additional lens before so not sure how much used lens worth, sorry for noobness. KL cheapest is rm370, some manage to get rm350 y not go for new instead if u cant get lower price for the 2nd hand 1, not much difference in price |

bokeh on FX really shows the true potential of lenses
the bokeh on the frame edges which cant be capture by APS-C sensor really is poisoning |
