QUOTE(selinix @ Mar 24 2010, 08:11 PM) reviews said D is better than G at distortion n vignetting controlbut overall not much difference in IQ i guess, unless pixel peep G has fulltime manual override, quieter AF D has faster AF using body AF motor if me, i take D, rather save the xtra cash on other stuffs QUOTE(joshuawks @ Mar 24 2010, 08:13 PM) Nikon SB600 is within your budget, Rm750-800or as Mavik said, u can try 2nd hand SB800 which is better at Rm1k+ |

In regards to the 50mm D or G version, the G version is nice and is sharper wide open compared to the D version (based on my on personal experience). I am still using the D version, and I agree that AF is faster with it with body AF.

SB900 more than Rm1600, way off your budget, lolAdded on March 24, 2010, 8:35 pm is it still possible to find a new 1? SB900 is a replacement model for SB800, n its the most powerful flash for Nikon SB600 is smaller n lighter with less power n no master, but for casual usage is more than sufficient n i dun think so there's any more new stock for SB800 QUOTE(Proclaimer @ Mar 24 2010, 09:19 PM) so finally got the MRC 1? how much the filter only? |
