QUOTE(dvlzplayground @ Apr 26 2010, 01:47 PM) ur photo looks great on my MBP screen shape of shoulders can see clearly i wont say the face is pale.. maybe makeup too pink? haha She has rosy chicks naturally, and weather was quite hot you see. So maybe it was more rosy than usual haha! QUOTE(@meno @ Apr 26 2010, 01:50 PM) Guys, looks ok on my screen...Shoulder is properly visible, but maybe burn it a little bit might be better since many commented on that. BB, what screen u using to view this? I used both my LCD and my lappie also no problem lar...Or maybe it's time for me to re-calibrate my screens liao??? At least now I know my monitor isn't that far off hehe. Will take note, will try burn a little for images like in future and see the output.

Aiya, don't care whose monitor and all. This image I purposely overexposed it because I like it this way. I guess it boils down to self preference, some likes it this way, some doesn't like it this way. There's no right or wrong in photography isn't it? =)

QUOTE(zellleonhart @ Apr 27 2010, 12:09 AM) Ya I treat photography as hobby too. Even if im shooting for a long time, I won't take wedding photography too because ppl's wedding is only once. I don't want to spoil it if I am not truly a professional. Is this your case too, celciuz? Exactly, well become sub photographer then I would. But main wedding photographer, nah. I shoot for fun as a hobby .

QUOTE(shadow111 @ Apr 27 2010, 07:32 AM) it depends on budget, some rich ppl can straight buy professional body+lens even though they hv just started photography. Agreed, it is like some tycoon's son just got his P license and driving a Ferrari . It boils down to the budget after all.

I'm starting to think Tamron has bad QC. My friend's 17-50 VC all has focusing issue (front focus). 2 Canon mounts, 1 Nikon mount (Nikon mount changed 3-4 units already still same).

I didn't go, some of my friends went to Jurong Bird Park to shoot last week. On the way back to Melaka they dropped by to check out some stuffs. Then I told them to check for it hehe. RM2850, pricey!

Issue is that 17-55 DX has no VR, I'm thinking of going for 16-35 f/4 VR though. Becomes UWA with FX, and a short ranged zoom at DX lol~

QUOTE(CANONPIXMA @ Apr 27 2010, 06:45 PM) yea tamron belambak but price still quite high xD Added on April 27, 2010, 6:49 pmadd another 700-900 i dont mind if the performance and the quality if the lens is good. how much is the lens worth 2nd hand? yup the nikon 1755 dun hav VR, 16-35 is tempting Exactly, but so far didn't hear of anyone using 16-35 f/4 VR on crop sensor yet. Anybody here gonna try it out? Reviews says this lens is sharp, can even rival the 24-70 and 14-24.

QUOTE(CANONPIXMA @ Apr 27 2010, 08:28 PM) for wideangle im goin for the tokina 116 hehe! using 1635 on DX will be wasted abit? Getting 16-35 f/4 for similar range to 17-50 f/2.8 hehe, don't feel like spending so much for a DX only 17-55 Nikkor you see... upgrade in future also can't use aiseh.

QUOTE(CANONPIXMA @ Apr 27 2010, 08:33 PM) yea, vertical shoot. Coz w/o battery grip shooting vertical sometimes make ur wrist feel sore. erm, i got mine for 480, i didnt think much and juz buy ahha! but now my waranty sent to nikon service center edi.. the grip peel off the warranty does not cover for this and i hav to pay rm110 for the grip change. Added on April 27, 2010, 8:37 pm16-17mm doesnt make alot difference but the f2.8 makes alot of difference haha. u planing to upgrade to FX anytime soon? Let's see how it goes . My opinion on Nikon current FX lines are they are just too pricey! Compared to the RM6800 5Dmk2 that is.

QUOTE(zellleonhart @ Apr 27 2010, 08:57 PM) Well I think 5D MKII is a great camera but I like D3/D3S more than that. Still prefer to be a dark lord's apprentice =D woah 14k @@ susah susah Frankly I like the 5dmk2 more than the D3s. Mainly because 5dmk2 is cheaper . But its a Canon T_T, if Nikon comes out a model equivalent to 5dmk2 at similar pricing, I'll grab one! QUOTE(CANONPIXMA @ Apr 27 2010, 09:02 PM) any recomended bag for d90+mbd80+sb900+1750vc+70200vr+50 1.8? i prefer it to be a backpack since i travel by walking alot and if possible to fit in clothes and laptop. I don't think so, this bag is solely for camera. Little space left for accessories in front. My friend whom has similar setup as mine, is having a tough time with his Fastpack 350. Has to detach the 70-200 VR2 most of the time.
