im using crumpler industry disgrace too. well, i usED it la. bought brown colour rm55-60 like that at crumpler klcc (online all selling rm90 for the normal one, not digital camo). wanna buy another one for my gf but last time i go no stock. asked them to contact me when got stock, but never got a call. haih~

any website i can buy for <rm60?
*
I can't find anywhere online. I guess only crumpler KLCC got sell. Cheap and confirm original. Call them to ask for availability before u visit, if no stock ask them when will stock arrive. then the next time call again to confirm stock.

im seriously recommending Ansmann 2850mAh AA batteries. REALLY last damn long.
My friends, one using eneloop 2000mAh, one using Maha PowerEX 2700mAh, eneloop finishes fastest (with canon 430EX), then later maha also finished (sony F58). My one lasts the longest until the next day morning still can use will full power. Not sure if we shoot different style (higher flash power usage or else) but I seldom (or never) have my ansmann batts gone kosong during a fullday shoot. Until late evening maybe only kosong.

you can refer to this site to check how is the noise.

http://www.dpreview.com/reviews/nikond90/

There are many ways to avoid using ISO3200 and above to shoot like :
1) tripod
2) flash
3) Big aperture lens

if all else fails...
Get a D3S  + flash + big aperture lens  drool.gif

Haha do you think you need flash when you use D3S, other than strobist and fill flash? hahaha jk~

dont u thnk flash is 90% a must have item when snap? tongue.gif

Yea agree! I mentioned i was joking la bro. Shooting still objects (i dont mean landscape/building) even though have tripod, using low shutter, it's time wasting and outcome not as good/sharp as using a flash. Portrait no need say lah, most of the time using flash. Only landscape no need but i saw at dcm magazine there's a trick to play landscape/indoor wide shots (with no moving objects).

Slow shutter 30s on tripod, then handheld your flashgun, manual power and press the test flash repeatedly pointing the ceiling around the area being shot, while u move around quickly to avoid yourself being captured. very tricky and i not yet tested this method. fun though =D

Wow nice facts! TLDR all... Only read some. Very true, some of us depend too much on VR.

Hmm btw my d90 kit lens when VR is on and after i focus, if i didn't shoot, just focus and release, there's this mechanical sound everytime i focus and release, and everytime after each shot. a small, short mechanical sound. it's normal right?

Eh guys i got this stupid problem but i think it cannot be solved... (actually not considered problem but a fuss)

Erm my D90 when i shoot at Low (0.3/0.7/1.0) or Hi (0.3/0.7/1.0) the exif data won't write the ISO value. It's blank. In camera I can see "HI 0.3" in the ISO there but in PC it's blank. HI 1.0 is ISO6400 in D90 but it seems that the ISO didn't be programmed as 6400, but HI 1.0.

Is there anyway to make the exif automatically shows 6400 in PC instead of blank? I am lazy to check the ISO on camera 1 by 1 and insert value myself...

Ouch. no wonder when I shoot at HI1.0 and ISO 3200, the noise is just about the same. HI 1.0 doesn't seem to be noisier than 3200. I see... Okay then... I won't use Hi 1.0 haha just want to test =D
