never tried buying camera from eBay. But I've bought tennis racket on ebay. It snapped into half at the neck area after 3 months use. Hahah. I thought I hitting the ball too hard. smile.gif

Which brand's Class 4 can read/write at 20Mb/s? Heck most Class 6 cannot write at 20Mb/s.

The old Extreme III is supposed to go at 20Mb/s, only the newer faster ones are 30mbps. The 30Mb/s ones have a tag, and the design is a little different.

I tested the card connected to USB card reader using HD Tune. Is that a good enough test?

What I meant is, which Class 4 you mentioned, does 20Mb/s read and write? Very curious to know, so far I've used only this cheap Extreme III can burst 100 shots without slowing down on my D90. Those Class 4 would stop halfway. (Say about 20-30 shots).

Besides, how fast your card can read and write depends a lot on the card reader. Are you using something like those Sandisk Imagemate?

just using normal usb card reader. test shows 19mb/s read write. burst got not problem. i tested till 50 shots. i don't think i will burst so much in the field anyway. max 3-5 shots burst for me.

That is the performance of a Sandisk Extreme III isn't it?

My copy had no differences with a RM120 4GB Extreme III tongue.gif.

Hey, I think you should stop being a spoon feed person.
Start reading before asking very very easy question.

There is pros and cons of SSS.

ha ha ha even if u have SSSS (Super SuperSteadyShot) but ur hand still shivers a lot then it doesnt help a zit..
IS, VR, SSS.. are the tools that helps only..
when u manage to master them.. then it's better..
use Sony SSS for 3 months.. then use Nikon VR for 3 months.. then u decide..
different people.. different perspective.. wokeh pinoh...
