Warranty issue u need always call center to soft.. last purchase of Samsung LCD TV with plus one last year warranty got panel issue and need to fxxk calling the center plenty time to get a new replacement led 32 TV brand new back.remdemption of ipad in this member days call center once and the kakak there follow up my car n call twice manage to get the device within a week after place order
