DFI NF4 Expert users, are you all having temperature being read incorrectly? I'm getting myself an expert and i want to know whether there is any LYNer has the same problem with those in dfi-street.

It is a very nice bios as i have tested it. Initially my mushkin BH5 was not stable at 250MHz @ even 3.5V. After i have flashed to this bios, it allows the ram to do 260MHz @ 3.2V only. Here is the screenie :

is this true?...
DFI also like dat one ka..

ran memtest86+ #5 for more than 5 hours, no error...

but when i ran blend test...error withing the first 10 minutes...

Well, finally i found the root of the problem... it's so funny !!
My Prime95 version is too old, using new SP2004 and the latest revision of Prime95, everything runs fine LOL!!!

no wonder my prime keep auto close last time even though i think the timing shud b ok (bcoz i already set to really really loose timing but still failed).

from my reading opty very sensitive with preamble and max asynchronous
actually people use 9/7.5, 9/7, 8/6, 8/5.5,

Hi guys, js wondering if your vcore reading is way below the set one.

For me, when i set to 1.45V (either 1.40V * 104%, or normal 1.45V), ITE / MBM / CPU-z reads 1.42 only

When I set to 1.475V, I am only able to get 1.44V. I'm wondering if my board voltage regulator has problem, bcoz a few of my fren's nF4 Ultra-D wont undervolt that much.

mine:

1.4vcore, 1.38
2.79vdimm, 2.75
2.80vdimm, 2.78
2.84vdimm, 2.8~2.82v

My Vcore drops 0.035V
Vdimm increased 0.03V (sometimes 0.11V when using super tight timing)

I noticed when the voltage is pumped up, the votlage drop is getting worse.

Here are some results:
1.400 >> 1.372
1.425 >> 1.390
1.450 >> 1.408 (worst case)
1.456 >> 1.420 (1.40 * 104%)
1.475 >> 1.440
1.500 >> 1.462
1.508 >> 1.470 (1.45 * 104%)
ITE/MBM/CPU-z shows similar results.

for my ex (xp120), i believe it was the problem w/ d bracket. the heatsink seemed didn't able to make full contact w/ d IHS, dats y the temp was so high, but come to think of it, i was play w/ 1.45V vcore (or above) all the time, so my assumption mite be wrong... 

now i only play w/ 1.44V max, w/ my f64, temp highest is 48'C.

currently running PI Calculation 32mb on 2.9Ghz, on divider 5:6
the magic stepping no more when reach the 2.9 barrier. voltage feeded was 1.42 now   
temp was 53~55c, damn!!

update 4 ur info. my RAMs cant do 300HTT even at 5:6 divider. i think that is the max for cheapop BT-D43 can do. i pass the 32mb calculation but when i put 300HTT even at 1.55vcore, my system cant boot, probably by my RAMs. so, unofficially current highest attempt was 2.9Ghz@ 1.42vcore.

bro, xp90c w/ DELTA vs f64? some more all my case fans are in low speed (1.2K RPM > cm bling2 led fan), i'm allergic to noise, unlike u & Westley...
