QUOTE(casmadscientist @ Mar 8 2010, 04:02 PM) I undergo a nose surgery on Feb, My doc said i admited inpatient so it consider hospitalize leave, my doc gave me MC from 4th feb - 5th March Are you being serious there?i back to work on 5th march because my company forced me to do so, now they deducted all my MC entitlement, my AL and unpaid, On my contract it stated my entitlement for MC = 14 days Hospitalize leave = 60 days my question is am i considered on MC or hospitalize leave? i understand if i go for outpatient it will be considered as MC but in this case they deducted all my AL pls advise Regards, Joey |
