my asus also can monitor through everest.. now just 10W..

gaming just <30w
prime <50w



shows that the reading i gathered..
just ignore the core temp.. coz this is the earlier chip with defect dts..
but the cpu temp is ok..

later the price would be more expensive n pengsan.. 

i was wrong about the stock vnb can do 2.6ghz in c2.it can do around ~~ 2.4ghz only. i forgotten because been few months away from my PC,means few months left rusted without OC...using crap PC now..but in c3, small increase can do as far as 2.8ghz (iinm..like unker ah_khoo posted earlier)

some bios wont even let it to be higher..

it can only increase 8HTT...but 1month of patience, i able to increase it up to 30HTT..
every 3days increase 2-3HTT

guys..hav 1 question here..i oc my phenomII and prime stable for 1 hour..what really scare me is my cpu temp not core temp is reaching 62c..is it ok?

yalor... my bet is most will work well @ stock. oc mileage still depends on how good a board is. one thing for sure is d board must have pretty strong pwm in order to clock thuban. (*sarcasm mode on) those crappy boards owners like biopening  can totally forget bout oc a thuban on their el cheapo boards... 

that's what i rike bout AMD, not like intel which certain chipset are meant for certain chips only... forcin users to upgrade mobo... 

IF 790fx can clock thuban decently, i wont mind goin back to old skool 790fxb. that's a big if thou... 
no, i'm leavin amd for intel... team dark lv gone, 770-g45 gone, 555be gone... 

gettin g33 + 2160 + 2gb alibaba later... it's so hard to get a decent + cheap am2 in sgp...
