why battery for legend so fast died? is that normal??

Just now i tried to save a vcard contact received from sms...the msg appear "the vcard has been successfully imported"...but till now i still cant find the contact!! anyone can help? thx

My htc legend ever since i bought it last mth got this pblm 'sdcard unexpectedly removed' ! How come can happen? Anyone facing this pblm n how to.solve it? Thx
