Ive checked sandisk website...

Dont be silly, HTC will definetely roll out 2.2 for Legend. It has such a considerable user base in Europe and they would be foolish not to. If HERO can get 2.1, why not this, unless they have real valid reason like hardware limitation due to its processor, but i think 600Mhz is still ok for 2.2
