Of course , they earn from a referral. Must be careful with wat we are pasting here.
It better be the link from Amazon itself , rather than from somewhere else.

low98044: I was referring to the 'A Chinese Ghost Story' links.

The posting #1282 does not look like a referral link but the next posting #1283, sKyWiR3pT3lTd's reply, that's a referral link!!!

Look at the link... htt0000p://www.amazon0000000000003E47X86?tag=bluraycom04-21

tag=blueraycom04-21 indicates the referral name is blueraycom

If link got tag=name-20 or tag=name21, that is referral. wink.gif

Cloudy with a Chance of Meatballs 3D Blu-ray Announced

The first 3D Blu-ray title for general release has been announced, and it wasn't in America. The German branch of Sony Pictures Home Entertainment has revealed the details for the 3D edition of the CG animated movie Cloudy With a Chance of Meatballs, slated for June 1. A 2D edition is also coming out at the same time.

Probably due to the extra disc space taken up by stereoscopic video, the 3D edition will include less bonus content than the 2D one: the only special features listed are 3D sneak peeks for Open Season and Monster House, extended scenes and a music video.

For easier recognition, the 3D edition will come in a clear case and display the "Blu-ray 3D" logo on the front cover.

At the time of writing, the 3D version goes for €28.99, that is, 9 euros more than the 2D version.

No 3D Blu-ray has been formally announced for retail as of yet in the US. Early in the year, a 3D release of Ice Age: Dawn of the Dinosaurs was rumored to be imminent, but no announcement has been made. A 3D version of Dreamworks' Monsters vs. Aliens is being bundled exclusively with Samsung 3D HDTVs (and the Shrek films will do the same later in the year).

Disney has said it will release a 3D version of A Christmas Carol in the fourth quarter. Regarding the top-grossing 3D theatrical release of all times, Avatar, 20th Century Fox has reiterated that there won't be a 3D release this year.

Everlasting Regret Blu-ray : http://www.blu-ray.com/movies/Everlasting-...ay-Review/8990/
Changhen ge

Just took the final words of the review. I'm impressed with the PQ.

"Stanley Kwan's Everlasting Regret is not for everyone. This is a very slow film that assumes that its audience is well familiar with the history of Shanghai. I think, however, that if one has experienced a similar type of transition as the one witnessed in Everlasting Regret, one could very easily understand the type of emotions the main protagonists struggle with.

The Blu-ray disc herein reviewed, courtesy of Hong Kong-based distributors Panorama, looks and sounds good.

It is also English-friendly and Region-Free. RECOMMENDED. "

Kungfu Panda came out on blu-ray as everyone knows.

Anyone has any clue why the Secrets of the Furious Five was not produced in blu-ray?

Watching The Fellowship of the Ring, at the halfway mark at the moment. PQ looks good enough to me. IMO the reviewers kinda overreacted there. The AQ is just simply stunning!

So, maskedchan was right then. The reviewers overreacted on the review. But i think collector wont buy the reviewers word. They love the film , they'll go for it.

QUOTE
I am also not problem since now I got quite a number of region B locked discs in my collections.

My PC LCD only 24" too small lo. Although can connect to TV to play but I don't like the idea of HTPC and lazy to do that.  tongue.gif

If rip ISO, yes, it take time for around 1 hour+ for 1 BD in average.
*
I have the similar LCD monitor too 23" FULL HD. I play BD's on my PC with the help of PowerDVD10 [new version , c***ked of course].

For BD rip i download files from Youtube HD [mp4 format , 720p]. I meant the Hindi , Tamil blu-ray rips , not English titles.

Anyway, have fun ripping..btw, quite a collection you have , saw your Blu-ray.com collection. thumbup.gif

Anyone bought blu-ray from this site before : http://dvd.jsdvd.com/ ?

I had bad experience with Final Destination 4 3D, managed 20 mins max on 3D, the rest watched on 2D.

Probably 3D LED + Proper 3D glass should do wonders..

Nope you can watch if your LCD is 120hz and above. I know there are some LCD's above 120hz. The 3D pop is awesome but you only could see flickering effect and choppy video.

As you have mentioned the 3D Blu-ray is meant for 3D Tele probably. icon_rolleyes.gif
