No only the price is wonderful, this 3D glassess use "Non- replaceable" rechargeable battery. That mean, probably, every 2 years you need to spend that amount. Thank to Samsung for this "bright" idea. whistling.gif

just looked at my amazon.com order page, and my The Dark Knight is shipped! but no tracking info la.... how? Im using Standard international..

the worst thing that can happen is the shipment get lost while shipping

normally they send it to you use normal pos or what? when receive the parcel need to sign or not?
*
Want tracking no.? If yes, you need to pay more for shipping fee.

There are 3 type of shipping options:

1. Standard Shipping
2. Expedited Shipping
3. Priority Shipping

Only Priority Shipping got tracking no. and it cost much more than Standard shipping. whistling.gif

so IF the item didnt arrive after 1 week the expected arrival date, what can I do?

also, I ordered only 1 bluray, so they will ship in a small box or what?

what is the difference of the packaging if I bought 2-4 bluray from amazon?
*
For Amazon US, their usually ask you to wait for additional about 1 month after expected delivery date. If still not yet receive, write them a letter in Amazon US website, their will send you a replacement BD.

For Amazon UK, usually ask you to wait for additional about 2 weeks after expected delivery date. The rest is same as US.

For 1 BD, yes, small box. The more you order, the bigger the box. But for our uncle postman, if you box too big to them, their just simply write a letter and ask you to collect it at post office.

Normally, which you guys choose?

1. Standard Shipping
2. Expedited Shipping
3. Priority Shipping

Lets say for 2 BD and 10 BD??

Is it 2BD go for Standard Shipping....10BD go for Priority Shipping?
*
Not. If feel rich and really rich, go for Priority Shipping.

If no, go directly for Standard Shipping tongue.gif

Only taukeh can always afford Priority Shipping. whistling.gif

have not been following the avs forum. can anyone chime in on the Shaving Ryans Privates audio-sync issue - is this a real issue with the US version of the blu-ray? as i understand it, the audio-sync delay starts from Chapter 15 onwards.

I still not sure abt it...cause it stated Region A player...although you can change it to a Region B player by pressing some remote control buttons.
Is Coraline Region Free BD?.....Seems like my player can play it...so meaning its OK for me to buy from Amazon.UK.....cos Amazon.com seems like got nothing one.
*
Based on www.blu-ray.com, both UK and US version of Coraline is region free.

How to know bro?...is there are website that talks abt UK BD?...I ordered those from 6.37~7.65 pounds each.

Thanks...

maskedchan...why never inform me abt this  vmad.gif

No every title like this. Do some survey, some BDs is better than US. Lot of Trilogy BDs are almost the same. Some Concert BD is even share same version between US and UK, example, Celine Dion: A New Day.

Added on May 7, 2010, 3:26 pmSome titles already release in other countries but US still not yet release. Some title have longer runtime than US and vice versa. Example is Dances with Wolves, UK and Germany already released but US not yet. UK is shorter runtime (UK is Theatre/Director's cut ??? version) whereas German version got longer runtime (because it is uncut version), almost 1 hour longer than UK version

I can only hope for the best....should have waited a little longer for more feedbacks sad.gif

Next time gonna order from Amazon.com
*
Actually can check around verious websites, like www.blu-ray.com, www.dvdbeaver.com, etc before order. You can still check now tongue.gif I doubt that if nobody inform you that there is difference, you will never realise. tongue.gif

Take note that in order to pass certain clasification, the BD for each different countries may have different runtime due to their want to meet their own country requirement. So, their may cut some of the scene in those BDs.

US version do not guarantee it is the best, it depend on case by case basis, you will surprise someday that, for some movies, Australia version is most complete version than the rest of the world. laugh.gif
