you taking which payment method? for mine, I had made payment for the first 6 months, so the first bill was only RM 11 plus.

Same as mine. So, your first month bill should be RM 10 + your usage for international calls (if any)

For my case, I'm looking at my bill now, the first bill, there is no 5% tax.
I had paid 2544 upfront which includes 5% tax.
So, if not mistaken, month 1 to 6, i just need to pay the international calls usage, plus 5% tax for this extra calls usage..

7th month to 24th will have 5% service tax cos we will need to start to pay rm 88.

I agree with you..after all,that is the basic Usage of a phone,receiving calls..

Hmm, i think is correct right? After 6 months, we should start to pay the RM88 + 5% tax. If we exceed the call by 100 mins, of course we need to pay RM88 + 100 mins call charges.
