LOL Pikapi, he's just kidding lah. He even say wanna go in!
My impression of the RW casino: A big huge MEH! A typical cina apek kinda setting with low-class entertainment options. The gaming area also small, cramped and crowded. Filled with your Banglas, Filipinos and Mainland Chinese wanna make a quick buck. Forgettable. Once the Sand's Casino open, now that is classier! Vegas-style and international standards. The RW Casino, their language spoken also Chinese! |

QUOTE(yellowpika @ Mar 21 2010, 06:56 PM) Why are they speaking Chinese in the first place? That should be the reason, they're attracting the same audience that casinos in Macau and Genting are getting. Which makes any attempt to make it international, a futile effort.because... Added on March 21, 2010, 6:58 pmBy the way, is FF13 really a great game? (lazy to dig previous kopitiam posts) IMO, FFXIII is a good game. Linear or otherwise. |

QUOTE(yellowpika @ Mar 21 2010, 09:31 PM) Hmm, then what withdrawal did you had? I always go into brooding, moody and withdrawn when I leave places I wanna stay longer because of so much fun I had in that place. USS just added itself into that group of select destinations. LA and NYC trips are the other. I couldn't care less if the place I'm leaving is crappy Mumbai or Jakarta. Sorry in advance Added on March 21, 2010, 9:32 pm Added on March 21, 2010, 9:40 pm QUOTE(evilhomura89 @ Mar 21 2010, 09:27 PM) You'll be surprised how many Captains I flew with that flaunts and disregard that ruling, under the excuse that they couldn't perform without nicotine in their body. There's nicorette, nicotine patches, sold in board, but they still light up in the cockpit. I just excuse myself out of the cockpit when that happens, I'd like to live long healthier life, thank you very much. Don't drag me to your grave with you and your smog. This post has been edited by stringfellow: Mar 21 2010, 09:40 PM |

QUOTE(yellowpika @ Mar 21 2010, 10:22 PM) Because they can't handle their pressure and stress well? Or just lump them all into one remote island, and let them smoke and live their lives there until they all kill themselves with their smoke. Good riddance! That's why i hope we can make a special room for smokers, then make all the public places as restricted places to smoke. If I can find things to do to "handle" pressure, why cant them? There are tons of other healthier ways to relieve stress. To me, smoking is a sign of weakness and a sign of an obsessive behaviour, and that is a weakness I cannot live with. |

We are always addicted to something. No man is innocent of any needs and wants in his or her life. It is whether we can control ourselves in the wake of that addiction and not allow it to rule or control our lives that makes it different.

QUOTE(gundamalpha @ Mar 22 2010, 11:22 AM) Why bother buying locally (Australia)? Bluey a bit concerned on tying a CC to online vendors. Even with shipping fees it's still much more cheaper to import one. Make full use of the reliable Aussie Post, something you can't while you are in Malaysia. QUOTE(BlueBerry~ @ Mar 22 2010, 11:25 AM) Suggestions to buy? I'm actually pretty impressed with Malaysian postal system actually. I only lost one package for everything I have bought before. And i even got my "lost" package in the end. Did you got those iTunes credits from Maximus Cards? |

QUOTE(BlueBerry~ @ Mar 22 2010, 11:35 AM) Not yet. Still havent gotten my Debit card yet. Should be arriving at my place in a few days. For your locale, Play-Asia. I used to buy from from a Canadian online store called DVDBoxOffice.com because at one time Canadian dollars are at a favourable rate compared to USD-MY rate, but not anymore now. It's like how AUD is now, probably even more stronger than that. For UK stuff, I still have a friend in London who can purchase and ship to me, but that is in rare occasions only (Like the steel tin NSMBW). Ok guys what website should I buy games from that ships to Aussie? But yeah, for your location, PA is the best bet. Oyyy, Gundam, you using my trademark catchphrase leh: "My loss is your gain". I used that for my [WTS] thread many months back. This post has been edited by stringfellow: Mar 22 2010, 11:41 AM |

QUOTE(BlueBerry~ @ Mar 22 2010, 11:42 AM) Cool. Me listen to string. The guru for buying stuff. lol. Now all I need is to get my Debit Card and internet at my home. Damn. Using school internet now. Me probably guru of buying stuff, but not buying stuff cheap. Gundam has that title, I forgottten about Cheapassgame. My main reason for selecting an online store is if they can ship it ASAP, a.k.a courier. Otherwise I would have widen my search for cheaper solutions. |

QUOTE(bidfordun @ Mar 22 2010, 11:42 AM) guys i will be attending an interview for a scholarship forĀ student exchange transfer program tomorrow. I think there are several questions they will ask like: I can probably give you pointers on how to answer, but I should be getting some form of "incentive" over my answers wouldn't it? 1. Why do you deserve this scholarship? 2. What strengths and weaknesses do you have? 3. How can your experience at the university improve your current university? Thanks for the input. QUOTE *still remembers his own interview for cadet pilot with the Company, they ask "satu meter, berapa kaki?" I said "Saya tak tau , encik", then they point outside the glass window and ask "kat luar tu kapal apa?" I answered "saya tak pasti, encik". Then come the golden question "Ni semua tak tau, itu tak tau, ni tak pasti, kenapa nak jadi pilot?". My answer? » Click to show Spoiler - click again to hide... « The interview panel went quiet, and I shuffled my way out of the room. Guess what I'm doing today? Moral of the story? Be honest. They can see right through you. This post has been edited by stringfellow: Mar 22 2010, 11:50 AM |

Yup, don't talk cock, but be cocky a.k.a confidence in yourself and your answers. But make sure you're accountable for your answers, meaning you know what you're talking about and can elaborate further on those answers you gave, so that it shows you know and most importantly, MEANT what you say. Not like those kopitiam-type answers.
