I went to the showroom last few days..
Price... still cheaper a bit if compared to other apartments around the area. Can get a unit facing KLCC by the price RM 200k Plus Location... Good since link to other hignway / mainroad Floor Layout.. I think not so good since 3 blocks linked together Unit Layout... Generally Ok but without balcony |

i think location wise, it is a good property.
especially for those working in KL. PKNS project wont be abandoned.. guaranteed for me, the weak point is just it is too congested.. but that area already congested, rite? so, cannot expect more la.. but, how about rental rate there? for investment, do you all think it can fetch a decent rental rate? |

i bought 1 unit blok B2. for stay. latest info. several unit left in B2 and B3. the available units are ground floor and the most top level intermediate ones. they gonna crash down the show room soon. i heard CF gonna get by next year....

the building will be complete around December.. and the CF will be given 1st quarter next year..

This property currently 80% completed. Will launch for Block A after raya. I heard that pkns will increase the price for Block A but not confirm yet. The location is quite strategic which is located in front of MRR2 and easy access to Duke Highway. I am cimb banker from this Banjaria Court, offering the same rate with Al-Rajhi as well.

hi everyone,
just found this thread & thanks for the update. my wife n i bought this last year, 13th floor, block B the so called "KLCC view" block, and that time the price had already increased. a friend bought PV and Banjaria at the same time last yr said, Banjaria's price per sqf was a bit high compared to PV (at Danau Kota). |
