My last conversation with pkns 4 weeks agao said the unit will be handed over in may this year..now doing landscaping and building the guard house..

new pics from site.. date 5th April 2011..
few updates from the agent : 1)in the midst of getting CF.. now TNB n Bomba coming in to inspect the building.. 2) the pool completed n really nice!! 3) 1 more unit available..

hi everyone,
just found this thread & thanks for the update. my wife n i bought this last year, 13th floor, block B the so called "KLCC view" block, and that time the price had already increased. a friend bought PV and Banjaria at the same time last yr said, Banjaria's price per sqf was a bit high compared to PV (at Danau Kota). |

Hi...manage to buy 1 unit..1st floor...block b3...
hahaha, dun care much bout the view, in case if the lift is malfunctioning, i just need at least 40 steps of stair to reach car park... serik bila kene naik tangga about 400 steps...penat gile punye |

The stairs and corridor's lights are switched on now at nights. I guess, it is only a matter of time before we can get the keys.

No hope can get the keys in July. I just read some update from others forum someone called PKNS and their delay the CF approval.Might be after Raya Sept/Oct..
