bkn x minat. just wonder since x pulang modal pun plus nak kena byr maintenance rmah lg.dah lebih 1k kna byr. at least kalo nak sewakn owner dptla untng seratus dua pun jd la lepas tolak montly costs

Tell me is everyone already start paying for the interest on this unit. Buyers should really get a group up to make a decent complaint. Isn't this project should be interest free during construction period?

Yup not as if the place is not good. PKNS may be not so good but ultimately the location is fine. Student should not be the target tenant. If owners are open to rental. I think there can be a better proposal but 1st we'll need the VP 1st.

Yea small increment is expected especially after implementing unit share vs psf previously
