to those who went for a ride on shinkansen, did you use JR-pass? should i get one? the cheapest is 28kyen  also, isnt tanoshi a cook? he should have a restaurant somewhere, amirite? |

OK, i'm still havent finalize my Kansai trip yet should i spend all my 5nights there in Osaka, or split up 2days in Kyoto, 2 Osaka and 1 nagoya(not actually kansai)? i have JR-pass, so i can take jr/shinkansen unlimitedly but i woul like to skip morning rush as well what you say? *planing to kobe,kyoto,osaka,nara,nagoya |

Universal Studios i can skip, as i've been to California's one. Im more interested with gardens, ponds and scenery  i need to decide on the accomodation fast as time is running out |

by the time i reached ueno, the ice is melting

I tried Kangetsu.. its nice.. but enjoy your day there with the locals who know almost 0 english(minus the ryokan staffs) theres plenty of budget hotels if you wanna save expenses.. im a budget traveler, i do it cheap way |
