i always do my DL in totally deloading every reps as per kotm's coach mentioned.

anyway back in topic. just slowly build up your strength. form is more important than poundage. but what kotm mentioned got the point also, but not for your level. so just stick with the weight and work on the form

front squat form looks nice to me, if your flexibility allowed, try go deeper
DL like other said. the bar seems like too far from your shin.
