If you want to have your form critiqued, you need to do them at meaningful weights. Form changes as the weight goes up. There is no need to alternate (cross?) your grip when DL'ing 40 kg. My first warm up set is heavier than that. The bar needs to be closer to the shins. Do not "jerk" the weight up. Grind it up. Think of a rope attached to a pulley, and you are slowly, consistently winding, "grinding" it up. Nyeeeeeekkkkk. Like that. Doesn't matter with 40 kg, but it does when multiples of that.

Do front squats in a power rack, man. Do only 3 reps per set.

I think you are bragging rather than being a critique. TS doesn't have the strength to pull more for the time being. If you are trying to make a boastful opener, I think you need to just sit back and work on the attitude. Chill, you were in his position not very long ago.

It's obvious from the videos that he is not operating at anywhere near maximal strength. When operating at limit, the movement is slow. This guy just blasts through the reps. Perky as hell.

Which is why everyone needs to read the books the guy in my avatar wrote. He finds the initial loading in new trainees by loading the bar until the movement slows.

You also seem blind to the fact that I have added significant value in my post. That he's being too easy with himself. That the bar is too far away. That the DL is best done slow. That the front squat especially should be done in a cage. That the FS is best done with low reps. You ignored all this and accused me of being a boaster. What does this say about you?
