try to reinstall firmware

FYI,when something is not right in your e72 after the firmware upgrade, slowness, gps no signal etc, try to hard reset first, remember firmware upgrade do not delete your data, but hard reset will.

This is base on my past experience with my past nokia phone.

Yes, but in anyway, you can still remove your SD card and retain all your save apps and data there. I usually install everything in my SD card because I know this might happen

Trying to reset the phone but still the same, how to reinstall firmware? need to uninstall first? where to?

dats y it is best to hard reset ur phone and mcard 1st.. All d software in d card must go.. U wan a new set of everything.. When update dont put any mcard into ur phone.. Unless ur mcard is new 1 or have been reformated with 0 entry in it..

Hmm..my E72 eating battery quite fast lah. After full charge yesterday, my phone is now left with 3 bars today. During charging, i left my phone on because people might call me. So, during this "Optimized Charging" condition, how many hours should I charge?

Any tips on how prolong your battery?

How is ur usage wor? Wifi on all d time? Email streaming all d time? Ur set is ap or ori set? Battery to prolong is use wifi only when needed.. If u dont use 3g then switch to gsm mode only.. Make sure u dont hav an app running at the background..battery should only be charge when the bar far to 1-2 bar.. Dont wait till ur battery died only charge..After finish charging unplug..

my phone can't support chinese language anymore after new firmware installed.....anybody here can raise ur helping hand???

Mine is Ori set. Wifi scanning I put to Off, will turn it on when I want to use it. I use 3G, in terms of checking facebook on certain times & light usage on the GPS application. Thus, I use dual mode all the time.

If let say I turn off the 3G ( via the network mode set to GSM only), & turn on it back later on, will my 3G have problem?

I test outside with both Ovi map and Garmin. Both also can't detect signal. Very weird. Before updated firmware both map working fine.
